With a new website launched in Feb - the way credits are redeemed online has changed slightly.
For any cancelled trackdays that were due to run prior to the 14th Feb but cancelled.
Please log in to your MSVT account and view 'My vouchers'. Credit vouchers were issued for each component of the booking (garage, tuition for example).
When making your next booking you will be able to paste the voucher reference number(s) into the voucher box at the check-out stage. This will reduce or cover the balance due. Any remaining credit will stay on the same voucher number(s) ready for your next booking.
Alternatively if you have different accounts and cant see the vouchers: On the same day (or just after) you received your email notifying of the trackday being cancelled you will have also received an automated email confirming the amount and expiry. The subject will have been "Notification of cancellation" and come from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email will contain a credit/voucher reference number about mid-way down the body of the email (not your booking reference number) similar to this " Your voucher ID is RBA01-0012345-TTQ". Worth checking your spam/junk folder if not received.
For any cancelled trackdays that were due to run after the 14th Feb but cancelled
Your credit voucher will have been added back onto your MSVT account and no secondary email sent. Only when you reach the check out stage will the credit automatically appear and ask if you would like to use it. This credit will reduce or cover the balance due. Any remaining credit will stay on your MSVT account ready for your next booking - Easy!
